Access to and use of the viv55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and your preferred account currency (IDR). viv55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, provision of false information, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

The viv55 Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. All displayed balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, bet sizes, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in IDR.
viv55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
New Players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on viv55 may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection that interrupts gameplay, viv55 will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the relevant bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. viv55 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.
Sports bets are governed by viv55's Sportsbook Rules, which are published on the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms & Conditions, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to sports betting matters. Key general rules include: bets placed on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided; live (bandar bola — in-play sports betting) bets are accepted at viv55's discretion and are subject to an automatic delay before acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viv55 excludes all liability for:
viv55's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. viv55 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. All games on viv55 use certified random number generators — outcomes are determined by chance and are never influenced by previous results.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which viv55 holds its operating licence. viv55 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players access the Platform from Indonesia subject to their own assessment of local legal requirements. viv55 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for Players who access the Platform in breach of their local laws.
Any dispute between a Player and viv55 that cannot be resolved through viv55's internal dispute resolution process (described in Clause 15 below) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Players agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against viv55.
viv55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, viv55 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the viv55 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
